I also manage product direction and user feedback.

In this early-career role, I contributed to Kenya Power’s Last Mile Project, managing the installation and configuration of fibre optic connectivity to expand network infrastructure in Kitale. I led the deployment of Windows 10, antivirus systems, and proprietary software across 30+ workstations and mobile devices, while ensuring the reliability of email systems, Electronic Tax Register machines, and networked peripherals to support uninterrupted banking hall operations.

🏢 Commercial Bank of Africa - Cash Management Intern

In this role, I managed end-to-end processing of digital banking transactions and contributed to the preparation of regulatory financial reports for tax compliance.
